What is Uproad
Uproad is a toll payment app in the USA, which allows you to pay tolls cashless and directly from your smartphone (iOS / Android) in 21 states, track toll expenses and plan travel expenses.
The app offers 4 types of subscriptions:
- 2 Years plan
- 1 Year Plan
- 3 Months Plan
- Pay as you go plan
Goal
Upload’s goal is to lower the CPA in Google Universal App Campaigns of 55.56% and scale the investment to achieve this result.
Strategy Planned by PICKASO
In the first week, PICKASO did several analyses about the performance of the existing campaigns, in order to optimize the campaigns. PICKASO worked on the following analyses:
- Campaign performance analysis to identify the most profitable campaigns with the lowest CPA
- Market analysis and geographic segmentation of the most profitable markets and new markets
- Optimization of existing campaigns with bid adjustment and daily budget
- Analysis and optimization of text resources in existing campaigns
- Analysis of existing creatives
At the same time, PICKASO worked on a new strategy with new campaigns and new lines of communication:
- Launch of new adgroups with creative lines dedicated to specific targets and locations
- Launch of campaigns in new markets with potential interest in the app
- Launch of new campaigns aimed at achieving a different objective than subscription, contributing to the customer journey
- Bid and budget optimization to be the most profitable
Results achieved
After the first week completing the analysis and optimization of the existing campaigns, PICKASO managed to lower spending by 10.53%, with a 6.7% CPA reduction for Google UAC campaigns.
After the first month of strategy execution, the budget increased by 3.95%, generating an increase of subscribers by 37.65% and a CPA decrease of 24.44%.
After three months of work, PICKASO managed to increase the investment in Google UAC campaigns by +58%, lower the CPA by -44% and the subscribers increased by +183%.
